"OK for students, vagrants, race car drivers and non-swimmers"
I just want to know why students are lumped into the same group as vagrants????
Here's another from the same hotel...
"The clientele there were scary. I didn't have any real problems, except for a constant feeling of being unsafe or in potential danger. If someone wanted to mug a guest there, there would be ample chance to do so. There are long-term renters there. People loitering in the parking lot
day and night. The security guard, or so he said he was, though polite, loiters with the loiterers. I saw a "guest" sitting in his room with his door wide open, he was just staring out the door; there was a woman talking loudly on her cell phone outside, walking back and forth outside of my room, for what seemed like hours, about her clients' personal matters; others loitering in the parking lot in clothing that I would consider unfit in public; someone sitting in the stairwell outside of my room talking on his cell phone. The quarters are tight, so if he wanted to just jump a guest, he could have. I set a snack of bread near the door *inside of my room* so that I'd remember to bring it in the morning, and the next morning, it was infested with ants that came into the room from outside."
And another from the same hotel...
"In the night I felt something crawling in my hair, it was a
cockroach, then my son found one on his bed. I couldn't sleep the rest of the
night, and my son didn't sleep well either after that. Continental breakfast?
coffee and wrapped old Danish."
And another...
"This place is absolutely the most disgusting place that I have
ever stayed. There was sticky mystery stuff all over the floor. Didn't dare walk
barefoot GROSS!!!!! The bed sheets were so worn and dirty. I slept in long
sleeves, long pants and socks so I didn't have to touch the sheets. The pillows
were extremely gross. The hairdryer didn't work. I didn't receive the wake up
call that I requested but luckily there was a rooster nearby to help out in that
department. thought about walking to the liquor store across the empty lot to
help numb the reality but was to nervous to walk there and back for fear of not
making it either way!! IT WAS THE LONGEST NIGHT OF MY LIFE!!!!!"
